These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 5jj platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bets. By using 5jj you agree to all terms set out below.
These are not substitutes for the full terms — please read everything below — but they summarise the points that matter most to most players.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 5jj. We verify age and reserve the right to close accounts and withhold funds where underage play is identified.
All 5jj accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and mobile wallets.
Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and bonus balances may be voided. Shared device use does not exempt this rule.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. Requirements, eligible games and expiry periods are stated in each individual bonus offer.
Any attempt to exploit bugs, use unauthorised software, collude with other players or manipulate game outcomes will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
5jj reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, particularly where these terms are breached or where unusual activity is detected.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the 5jj website, mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.
5jj is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, live casino, table games and sports betting to adult players. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 5jj. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
References to "you" or "the player" mean the individual who has registered or is using the Platform. References to "we", "us" or "5jj" refer to the platform operator.
Where a specific game, promotion or section of the Platform has its own additional rules, those rules apply alongside these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific rules for that game or promotion take precedence over these General Terms.
To register and use 5jj you must meet all of the following requirements:
5jj reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Where such proof is not provided within a reasonable period of time, the account may be suspended pending verification. Deposits already made remain protected during this period but withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.
One account per player. Each person is permitted a single 5jj account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether on the same device, same household, or using different personal details — is not permitted. Where duplicate accounts are identified, they will be merged or one will be closed, and any bonus funds within duplicate accounts will be voided.
Accurate information. You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Account security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately at [email protected]. 5jj is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.
Account currency. All 5jj accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This cannot be changed after registration. All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets and bonuses are denominated and settled in PKR.
Inactive accounts. An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months. 5jj reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee on dormant accounts or to close them after providing reasonable notice. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be held in accordance with applicable policy.
Closing your account. You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
Deposit methods. 5jj accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards and supported mobile wallets. The available methods at any given time are displayed on the deposit page of your account. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are shown at the point of deposit.
Deposit processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally processed immediately. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the sending bank. 5jj does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside our control.
Withdrawal eligibility. To withdraw funds you must have completed any required identity verification. You must also have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements before the bonus-derived portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Your own deposited funds are always withdrawable subject to identity checks.
Withdrawal processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Processing times vary by method: mobile wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 24 hours, bank transfers within one to three business days.
Declined deposits. If a deposit is declined by your payment provider, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. 5jj is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with the transaction reference.
5jj offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
Wagering requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in the individual offer. Wagering on games with high return-to-player (RTP) percentages, such as certain table games and live casino variants, may be restricted or contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering completion.
Bonus expiry. Bonuses and any associated free spins expire within the period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
One bonus at a time. Unless specifically stated, only one bonus can be active on your account at a time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the earlier bonus being voided.
Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Creating duplicate accounts or using multiple payment methods to claim the same bonus constitutes abuse and will result in all bonus funds being voided and the account being reviewed.
Withdrawal of bonus funds. When you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed. Your deposited cash balance remains withdrawable at any time.
Placement of bets. Once a bet is placed and confirmed on 5jj, it cannot be amended or cancelled. In sports betting, bets placed after the official start time of an event are void unless in-play betting is explicitly offered for that market. In-play bets are accepted at the operator's discretion and may be suspended at any time during an event.
Cricket and PSL markets. For Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and other cricket events, the following rules apply: matches abandoned due to weather or external causes will be settled according to the Duckworth–Lewis–Stern method where applicable; if no result is possible, bets will be voided and stakes returned. Specific market rules for cricket, including top batsman, total sixes and method of dismissal markets, are available in the sportsbook betting rules section.
Errors and technical faults. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game or bet placement, 5jj will use server-side logs to determine the last valid game state and settle accordingly. No wager that cannot be verified from server logs will be paid out. If a game error results in an incorrect outcome being displayed, the correct outcome as determined by the server record will apply.
Maximum winnings. Maximum single-event and daily winnings limits apply across sports betting and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. 5jj reserves the right to limit payout on any single event or series of events at its discretion, particularly where suspicious betting patterns are identified.
Voided bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, market suspension, erroneous odds published due to human or technical error, or where the integrity of an event is in question. Voided bets have stakes returned to the player's account balance.
The integrity of the Platform depends on all players engaging honestly. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
5jj employs monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns, suspicious account activity and potential fraud. Accounts flagged by these systems may be temporarily suspended while an investigation takes place. During any investigation, withdrawals may be held pending the outcome.
5jj believes that gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment. We are committed to providing tools that help players manage their activity and stay in control. These tools are available in your account settings at any time.
Deposit limits. You can set a maximum PKR deposit amount per day, week or month. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period before the increase applies. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately.
Session reminders. You can set a session duration reminder that will notify you when a specified amount of time has passed during a continuous play session. This is designed to encourage regular breaks and prevent extended uninterrupted play.
Self-exclusion. If you feel that your gaming is no longer under your control, you can request a self-exclusion period through your account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from one month to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets.
Reality checks. During extended play sessions, pop-up reality checks can be enabled to show you how long you have been playing and your net session result.

5jj collects and processes personal data in order to operate the Platform, verify player identities, process transactions and comply with applicable obligations. The full details of how we collect, use and protect your data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By registering on 5jj you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes your name, contact information, date of birth, payment details and records of your activity on the Platform.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention services where necessary to operate the Platform and protect players. All third parties with whom data is shared are required to handle it in accordance with applicable data protection standards.
You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you and to request correction of inaccurate data. Such requests can be made by contacting support. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
5jj provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to keep the Platform running reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults and circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5jj's liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the relevant issue arises. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of opportunity or any losses arising from technical faults beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for ensuring your device, internet connection and payment methods are suitable for use with the Platform. 5jj is not responsible for any losses arising from inadequate connectivity, device failure or incompatible software on your end.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
5jj reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated date. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active players through on-platform messaging or email.
Your continued use of the Platform after revised Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. 5jj recommends reviewing the Terms whenever you receive a notification of a change or before making significant deposits.
